WHAT VANDAL WOULD DO SUCH A THING?!
For those of you who don’t know, EZ Vince is an old black man who writes advertisements in marker all over my city (Schenectady), on abandoned houses, on cardboard nailed by hand to telephone poles, and even on the sidewalks, advertising free house parties (for women only), free candlelit dinners and alcohol, odd jobs, and parties. Even though he includes his address and phone number, he never gets in trouble for it.I wonder if anyone in Schenectady besides Dave, Tia, and me pays attention to EZ Vince ads.
